Association of Credit experts and professionals Collection

The public association "Association of collecting business of Ukraine" (hereinafter - the Association) is a Public Organization established in 2008 and in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Unions", which, on a voluntary basis, brings together Ukrainian citizens - employees of professional market collectors and other citizens in order to promote the development of the domestic market of collecting services and protect legitimate interests of its members. The main tasks of the Association are to promote the development of collection business in Ukraine, cooperation with state authorities in order to create new and improve existing laws in the area of problem debt management, implementation and control of compliance with standards of business ethics in the industry by members of the Association.
