I had no way to pay the loan; I went to the bank and was told there was no valid reason for a deferral or for canceling the penalties. When PrimoCollect bought the debt, I reached a perfectly reasonable agreement with them. I closed it in half a year.

I could not repay the loan for a long time, and because of that a very large penalty built up. The creditor applied all my payments to the penalty. With PrimoCollect I repaid the principal and interest, and then the penalty bit by bit in installments, and part of it was written off.
